Among his professional experiences, has developed innovation projects for major companies such as Embraer and successful startups like Hyperlocal.

Mariana D'Avila

Co-Founder & CEO

Graduated in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM-SP. Has been working in App Growth for over 5 years, alongside major advertisers, with a 360-degree view that aligns product performance, ASO, and paid media.

With experience at relevant market players such as Rocket Lab and RankMyApp, where held leadership positions and developed product structures, processes, and teams.

Greg Serson

Co-Founder & COO

Graduated in International Relations from ESPM-SP, he built his career in the advertising industry.

With over 6 years of experience in App Growth, he has worked at companies such as Samsung, RankMyAPP and AppsFlyer, where he led the Growth Management team.
